A man was killed after his motorcycle was involved in a crash with another vehicle Monday afternoon in the southern part of Jacksonville.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at about 6 p.m. at the intersection of the E-Town Parkway and State Road 9B.
Police said the motorcyclist, who is an unknown male, was traveling east on E-Town Parkway at the time of the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene, JSO said.
The crash is under investigation at this time by JSO’s Traffic Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Unit.
