A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and had to be transported to Lee Memorial Hospital Wednesday night after being involved in a crash in Golden Gate Estates.
Florida Highway Patrol said its troopers responded to the crash on Collier Boulevard and Golden Gate Boulevard West just before midnight on April 28.
According to the authorities, at least one motorcyclist was seriously injured in the crash.
Officials did not reveal the number of people or vehicles involved in the crash but disclosed that the accident remains under investigation.
