Jada Simpson, 22, is Currently in the Intensive Care Unit After She was Hit by a Black SUV While Crossing Cesery Boulevard in Arlington on Thursday night.
According to an eyewitness the driver stopped about 150 away from where the accident occurred, got out to check their vehicle and then drove away.
Simpson’s mother, Cyntoria Simpson, revealed that her daughter is currently in the intensive care unit with injuries all over her body, including a broken leg.
Cyntoria stated that doctors performed a procedure to stop internal bleeding.
Jada’s family added that doctors are trying to stabilize Jada before performing surgery.
Officials are still investigating the incident and no other information was available at the time of this story.
