Authorities said a driver was killed after he lost control of a pickup truck on an Interstate 95 exit ramp.
According to a crash report, the driver was heading east on I-95 and down the exit ramp at Marina Mile onto State Road 84 when the accident happened. First, he hit the guardrail on the left and swerved toward the one on the right. When the truck hit the guardrail on the right it flipped over onto the shoulder on SR 84, the report said.
Authorities pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
Officials said what caused the 48-year-old driver to lose control of the truck remains unknown.
The crash is under investigation.
