According to the police, two teenagers and three passengers were seriously injured in a fiery accident along North Flagler Drive.
The report says the accident happened southbound of North Flagler Drive, near Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service. It happened when a 2010 Subaru Impreza, driven by a 49-year-old woman, rolled over and crashed, police said.
It was reported that there were five occupants in the vehicle when the accident happened. There was a 14-year-old girl, a 17-year-old boy, a 25-year-old woman, and a 38-year-old woman in the Subaru, police said.
EMS reportedly arrived at the site of the accident a few minutes after it happened. Upon arrival, first aid was administered to one of the teenagers on the scene. The other teenager was badly injured and was taken to the hospital.
The driver of the vehicle suffered head and back injuries. The 38-year-old woman in the car also sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
All the victims of the crash have been transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
