A multi-vehicle crash led to the blockage of U.S. 27 on Monday in Miami-Dade County, east of the Everglades National Park.
According to authorities, the accident occurred in the southbound lanes of U.S. 27, between Krome Avenue and Northwest 186th Street.
The crash blocked both the southbound and northbound lanes of U.S. 27, also known as North Okeechobee Road.
Five tow trucks and three fire crews were seen at the scene to help clear the wreckage from the crash.
Officials did not reveal the cause of the accident but said the crash remains under investigation.
