Several persons suffered injuries after a car crashed into a pole early Sunday morning in the far southwest region of Jacksonville.
According to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, the crash happened at about 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Normandy Boulevard and Yellow Water Road.
Authorities said two vehicles were involved in the accident and one crashed into a pole. There are serious injures associated with the crash and it is unclear how many people are injured.
Drivers should avoid the area if possible during their Sunday morning commute.
