A Pedestrian was Killed in a Fatal Crash that Shut Down a Portion of I-75 for Several Hours According to Police.
Authorities say a car was traveling southbound on Interstate 75 when it struck a pedestrian crossing I-75, just south of Miramar Parkway.
The pedestrian, a 57-year-old man, was pronounced dead on the scene. Officials said the car involved remained on scene and showed damage from the accident.
Florida Highway Patrol says the crash remains under investigation.
