Three Children were Injured in a Hit-and-Run- Crash in Fort Myers.
Florida Highway Patrol say the accident occurred when the driver of an SUV made an illegal U-turn on Orange River Boulevard near River Grove Lane, causing a crash with a sedan.
The driver of the sedan, a 23-year-old woman, of Fort Myers, was driving east on Orange River Boulevard with four passengers.
A 36-year-old woman and three girls, ages 17, 7 and 2, all of Fort Myers, were passengers in the sedan. The girls sustained minor injuries.
Emergency Services say the driver fled the scene and investigation is ongoing.
