According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Two Crashes were Causing Major Delays at Collier Boulevard and Veronawalk Boulevard in Naples.
Florida Highway Patrol said two cars jumped the guardrail in the first crash that was reported in the area. The report says there were serious injuries and several roadblocks caused by this crash.
Troopers reported that the second crash involved a Collier County Sheriff’s Office patrol car. From the report, it was indicated that the deputy was not at fault for the crash.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that no one was injured in that crash.
A report from FHP says there is a lot of activity in the area as troopers work to investigate the crashes.
